Hi, I’m Roy M. Burgess, and I write British crime fiction – humorous cosy mysteries in The Fifth Series and darker police procedurals featuring DI Carrie Tyler.
All my books are based in West Yorkshire and available in ebook, paperback, and audiobook formats on Amazon and through Kindle Unlimited. The fabulous Lee Beddow narrates The Fifth Series audio, and the wonderful Perdita Lawton is the voice of DI Carrie Tyler. I may have got the fabulous and wonderful labels the wrong way round. I can’t remember what they told me to say, but it’s the thought that counts.
I’ve pulled together a collection of short stories called The Fifth Lolly Stick. You can download a copy for free by signing up for my monthly newsletter. Don’t worry, I won’t bombard you with stuff (I’m far too lazy for any of that shenanigans).
